Mabel W.F. Wat Chang, 88, of Honolulu died. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughters Karen Liu, Cheryl Shimabukuro and Wanette Tanaka; brother Herman Wat; sisters Florence Lum and Roberta Fong; and six grandchildren. Private services.
