Survived by wife, Lorraine. Sons, Henry (Nahid), Rick (Mae), Dr. Conrad (Terri), Dr. Rex, and daughter Loren (Brad). Brother, Fred. Sisters, Dr. Cora Manayan, Belen and Lorna and Nine grandchildren. Some of Dr. Henry Manayan's highlights included: Surgical residency at NYU, Bellevue. Post graduate studies at NYU, Stanford, Harvard, and Columbia. Fellow, Past Regent/Vice President, and Chairman of Board of Trustees for International College of Surgeons. Diplomate, American Board of Abdominal Surgery. Board of Medical Examiners Honolulu. Chief of Staff, St. Francis Hospital. Knights of Columbus 4th degree. Board of Directors, Catholic Social Service. Board Member American Cancer Society. Vice President, Filipino Chamber of Commerce. President, United Filipino Council of Hawaii (two terms). Past President/ Co-owner Hale Ho Aloha Nursing Home. Past President /Owner KISA Radio Station. Owner, Hawaii Facial Rejuvenation Center.
