74Melvin Naoya Kaneshiro, 71, of Hilo, a certified public accountant and proprietor of Melvin N. Kaneshiro CPA, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Kukuihaele, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Kazuko; son Neil; daughter Julienne; brother Wayne; sisters Myrna Nishihara, AileenKaneshiro, June Bratton, Sandra Toma, Daryl Weaver and Arlene Okamura; and two grandchildren. Visitation:4 p.m. Friday at Dodo Mortuary Chapel in Hilo. Services:5 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
