80Rachael Misao Jio, 87, of Haiku, Maui, formerly of Pukalani, Maui, a retired Maui Community College librarian technician and former Maui News community news writer for Pukalani, died in Maurice J. Sullivan Family Hospice Center in Ewa Beach. She was born in Haiku. She is survived by sons Nathan, Stacey and Tilden; daughter Beryl Jim; sister Sueko Saki; and five grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Saturday at Makawao Hongwanji, 1074 Makawao Ave., Makawao, Maui. Services: 11 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers. No monetary offerings. Donations suggested to Makawao Hongwanji or Maurice J. Sullivan Family Hospice Center in Ewa Beach.
