75Orlino Quiva Quarto, 84, of Waipahu died in Honolulu. He was born in Caoayan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He is survived by wife Stella C.; sons Dennis and Edgar; daughters Flory Quarto, Grace Parsario, Vangie Ignacio and Mary Ann Scott; brother Rudy; sisters Lita Padilla and Marie Shapiro; 15 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire.
