74Frederick Seiei Yogi, 95, of Honolulu, a retired Hawaiian Dredging Construction Co. heavy equipment mechanic, died in Honolulu. He was born in Kekaha, Kauai. He is survived by wife Lillian S.; sons Warren S., Franklin S., Kenneth S. and Conrad S.; daughter Lynette A. Williams; sister Nancy S. Miyashiro; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Tuesday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
