Ralph Riley Jr., 76, of Kapolei, a retired Army National Guard reservist and first lieutenant Army Ranger with the 101st Airborne Division, died in Kapolei. He was born in Oklahoma. He is survived by wife Judith, son Richard K., daughter Teresa Castro, brother Raymond L. and four grandchildren. Services: 4 p.m. Saturday at Makakilo Baptist Church.
