77Carol Kazuko Knight, 88, of Honolulu, a retired Flamingo Kapiolani waitress, died. She was born in Yokohama, Japan. She is survived by son Timothy M., sister Iris Yoshida and three grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Bethany Assembly of God, Aiea. Services: 11 a.m. Scattering of ashes to follow at Kewalo Basin. Casual attire. No flowers.
