Joseph E. Russo, 92, of Wahiawa, a retired Navy Public Works Center safety officer and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in Revere, Mass. He is survived by daughter Margaret A., brothers Walter L. and Edward A., and two grandchildren. Private services.
