Ramona Satomi "Mona" Kusaka, 43, of Mililani, a Maui Divers employee, died in Waianae. She was born in Wahiawa. She is survived by sons Devin K. Gatewood and Draven, Dreyson and Dylan Duclayan; mother Shirley Kusaka; companion Duke Duclayan; brother Harlan; and sisters Roxane Fujiwara and Corinne Aguinaldo. Private services.
