78Isabella Maxwell Horwath Mustard, 91, of Fortine, Mont., and Kailua-Kona, a retired county clerk for the Lincoln County Fortine School District, Galen State Sanitarium aide and Tobacco Valley News columnist, died in Kona Community Hospital. She was born in Anaconda, Mont. She is survived by daughter Laura Mallery-Sayre and three grandchildren. Celebration of life: 4:30 p.m. Jan. 26 at Kona Outdoor Circle, 76-6280 Kuakini Highway, Kailua-Kona. Casual attire. No flowers.
