76Toshiko Tsujiuchi, 86, of Honolulu, former owner of Hifumi Restaurant, died in Kuakini Medical Center. She was born in Japan. She is survived by husband Katsuro, daughter Judy Suyama, brother Takashi Ogasawara and sisters Rei and Michiko Ogasawara. Visitation: 11:30 a.m. Monday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 12:30 p.m. Casual attire.
