74Clarence William Keaweheulu Kelley, 81, of Kaneohe, a retired police officer and musician, died in Castle Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Helen, stepsons Daniel Jr. and Clement Stone, hanai daughters Napua and Kalena Thatcher, stepdaughter Pohai Souza, brother Walter, nine grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Celebration of life: 10 a.m. Sunday at Kokokahi YWCA, Kaneohe.
