75Patricia L. "Patsy" Hancock-Carroll, 64, of Honolulu and Washington state, a hair salon owner and operator, and retired naturopathic doctor, died in Honolulu. She was born in Aberdeen, Wash. She is survived by daughter Rawni Kloempken, hanai daughter Toots Hancock-Carroll, two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Private services.
