80Sakae Sato Uesugi, 96, of Wahiawa, a retired Wahiawa Elementary School cook, died in Pearl City. She was born in Kohala, Hawaii. She is survived by son Herbert M., daughter Judith T. Sasamura, brothers Hifumi and Toshio "Tom" Sato, sister Kimie Shimamoto, caregivers Dolores and Gerald DeGuzman, five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Private services. No monetary offerings.
