74Helen H. Souza, 89, of Kapaa, Kauai, a telephone operator and cattle rancher, died at home. She was born in Lihue. She is survived by son Peter H. Jr.; brothers Eugene, Lawrence and David Henriques; and two grandchildren. Visitation: 8 a.m. Saturday at St. Catherine Catholic Church, Kapaa. Mass: 9 a.m. Burial to follow in the church cemetery.
