Roland Paul Gacayan Sr., 67, of Pahala, Hawaii, a retired diesel mechanic for Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Orchards and an Army veteran who served in the Vietnam War, died in Hawaii. He was born in Pahala. He is survived by sons Roland Jr. and Randall; daughters Rochele and Megan Gacayan, and Renee Saribay; brothers Gerald Gacayan, and Randy and Leopoldo Ancheta; sister Elena Polinar; and six grandchildren. Services: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at River of Life Assembly of God Church, Pahala. Casual attire.
