83Demetrio Bicarme, 82, of Lihue, a retired state Department of Transportation district engineer, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Bangued, Abra, Philippines. He is survived by wife Benita, sons Nereo and Rupert, daughters Belinda Elkins and Elizabeth Bicarme, and three grandchildren. Graveside services: 11 a.m Thursday at Lihue Cemetery.
