Henry Cabading Oasay, 68, of Waipahu, a retired California Hawaii Sugar Refinery journeyman machinist, died in Waipahu. He was born in Ballesteros, Cagayan, Philippines. He is survived by sons Dennis and John H.; daughters Sherry Dodge and Sheila Coloma; brother Larry; sisters Primitiva Martin, Rosalie Libanag and Norma Benavides; 12 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Sunday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 7 p.m. Additional visitation: 9:30 a.m. Monday at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 91-1004 North Road, Ewa Beach.
