75Howard Morio Tengan, 81, of Kapaa, Kauai, a retired Big Save Markets produce clerk, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Kalaheo, Kauai. He is survived by wife Emi, son John, daughters Janet Vaughn and Ellen Mitsuda, brother Reginald, sisters Clara Tengan and Grace Nakamatsu, and a grandchild. Celebration of life: 11 a.m. Feb. 8 at Kapaa Jodo Mission. Casual attire.
