81Helen E. Piper, 86, of Kailua, a bookkeeper, died in Castle Medical Center. She was born in Portland, Ore. She is survived by son Mike Cunningham. Services: 4 p.m. Friday at Kailua Beach Park pavilion. Casual attire. No flowers.
