75Richard David "Mac" MacQuiston, 81, of Keaau, Hawaii, a retired counselor at Pahoa and Waiakea high schools, former teacher at Mountain View Junior High School and an Air Force veteran, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Middletown, Ohio. He is survived by son Zachary, a grandchild and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 6 p.m. Thursday at Dodo Mortuary. Services: 7 p.m. Graveside urn committal services: 9 a.m. Friday at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Casual attire. No flowers.
