Francis Soon Cho Lee, 94, of HonoÂlulu, a retired Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard inspector and an Army veteran, died. He was born in Hawaii. He is survived by wife Huong, son Timothy, daughters Jill Stevens and Les-Emi, brother Bobby Soon Shin, sister Soon Mee and three grandchildren. Private services
