Harold Richard "Bones" Silva, 74 of Laie, a retired U.S. Postal Service letter carrier and an Air Force veteran, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Charlene B.Y. "Charlie," daughter Shanna "Kawailani" Silva, brothers Ernest and Gary Baltazar, and sister Anita Perreira. Visitation: 10 a.m. Saturday at Sunset Beach Christian Church. Services: 11 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers
