Takaji "Joe" Yamaoka, 90, of Wahiawa died in Wahiawa. He was born in Waiakea, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Shigeko, son Clifford, daughter Suzanne Mishima, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Private services.
