74, of Honolulu passed away on January 29, 2013 at Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu and worked at the City Clerks office of Honolulu, and was known as a Pikake and Pakalana lei maker and founder of the Grandma Silva Golf Tournament. She is survived by Husband: Franklin D. Pacarro Sr; children Franklin "Don" (Alyson) Pacarro Jr, Jill A. (Jay) Pacarro Kauka, Kelly D. Pacarro, Rick A. (Valerie) Pacarro & Dayna L. "Sweetie" (Bradley) Pacarro Johnson; grandchildren Nina Pacarro Weber, Kolu Pacarro, Rachel Pacarro, Alyssa Pacarro, Jay Kauka II, Jasmine Kauka, Phillip Galicia, Shane Galicia, Christopher Galicia, Alohi Valencia, Kaohi Valencia, Keo Wright Pacarro, Ricksson Pacarro, Tyler Pacarro, Coty Pacarro, Kaniau Johnson, Courtney Johnson, and Ihaka Johnson; 9 great-grand- children; sisters Shirley (Ed) Souza, Chiquita (Lee) Wise, Pauline (Sandy) Chang and Paulette Caravallo. Visitation 9 a.m. on Friday (Feb. 15) at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary, service 10:30 a.m., reception to follow and burial at 2 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery.
