Virginia Bagay Basilio, 86, of Waialua died in Ewa Beach. She was born in Kukuihaele, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Dave A., Virgilio L. and Wayne R.; daughters Joyce B. Agasalda, Cecilia B. Andres and Carol J.B. Pactol; sister Iluminada "Rose"Foster; 12 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation:5:30 p.m. Thursday at MililaniMortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel.
