Charles Isao Okazaki, 90, of Honolulu, an Army veteran, died in Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Bessie; son Craig; brother Wallace; sisters Hatsuko, Gladys and Patricia; and a grandchild. Private services.
