76Russell J. Chong, 57, of Portland, Ore., a finance manager, died in Portland. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Amber Williams; sons Alika and Kawelo Chong, and Kaleo McDonald Chong; daughter Mali'e C. Soliai; mother Virginia K. Chong; brother Ricky; sister Renee K. Medeiros; and seven grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. March 4 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 91-1004 North Road, Ewa Beach. Mass: 11 a.m. Aloha or casual attire. No flowers.
