Richard Kinser Taylor, 64, of Naalehu, Hawaii, a retired Taylor Built Construction Co. truck driver, commercial fisherman and an Army veteran who served in the Vietnam War, died in Kona Community Hospital. He was born in San Francisco. He is survived by sons Ernesto "Bodie" Kuahuia and Richard "Keo" Taylor, daughters Ku‘uipo Taylor-Lindsey and Donnetta Taylor, mother Marguarite T., brother Dave H., 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Feb. 23 at Haili Christian Church. Services: 11 a.m.
