Takashi Miyasaki, also known as "Mike" and "Doc," 86, of Kaneohe, a retired licensed practical nurse at the Hawaii State Hospital and an Army veteran who served in the 1,399th Engineer Construction Battalion, died in St. Francis Hospice West. He was born in Kaneohe. He is survived by wife Frances F., daughter Carol M. Hiramoto and two sisters. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Friday at New Hope Christian Fellowship, Sand Island. Services: 10:30 a.m.
