Leroy A. Haga, 87, of Kapolei, a retiree from the Navy and the state Department of Transportation, died in Honolulu. He was born in Clearbrook, Minn. He is survived by wife Hiroko, son David, sisters Arlys Herman and Shirley Haga, and a grandchild. Private services.
