Theodore George Liter, 86, of Honolulu, a retired Navy Supply Corps officer, died in Honolulu. He was born in Vincennes, Ind. He is survived by wife Hanh, sons Ted J. and David, daughters Catherine Williams and Susan Clemmons, stepsons Vincent and Michael Nguyen, four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
