Henry Franco, 90, of Makawao, Maui, a Maui County Makawao base yard clerk and an Army veteran, died in Kahului. He was born in Olinda, Maui. He is survived by wife Ellen, daughters Melinda Ishii and Cindy Ashdown, hanai sister Beverly Duarte, caregivers Norma Romero and family, and two grandchildren.
