79Rodolfo S. "Rudy" Barroga, 70, of Wailuku, a teacher of English as a second languagefor the Department of Education and a retired Zippy's Restaurant maintenance worker, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Manila. He is survived by mother of children Leticia Fernando-Barroga, daughter Athena Joy "A.J." and sisters Lolita B. Salvador, Marcelina B. Adena, Milagros B. Hernandez, Norma B.
