He is survived by parents Tasha Kolo and Chance Foulk Sr.; brother Kouaikane; sisters Tiare, Kiele and Lilia; grandparents Naomi Camacho, Nicholas Taniguchi and Mary and William Foulk; and great-grandparents Barbara Camacho, Nicholas and Nancy Taniguchi, Nancy Evans, Ronald Evans and William and Barbara Foulk.
