William Henry Muragin, also known as "Bill" and "Russian," 86, of Hilo, a retired Hilo Iron Works welder and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home. He was born in Waikii, Hawaii. He is survived by son Clifford and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Monday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Services: 10:30 a.m. Burial to follow at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Casual attire.
