Albert Lee Vincent, 39, of Aiea, a retired Army sergeant first class, died. He was born in Okaloosa County, Fla. He is survived by wifeTina Vincent, daughters Augusta and Jasmine, brother Daniel, sisters Erica Vincent and Ronnette Wood, and grandmother Jimmy Lee Rudolph. Services to be held in Florida. Services in Hawaii are pending.
