74Elsie Yuriko Okino, 86, of Kapolei, a retired Ethel's Dress Shop salesclerk, died in Kuakini Medical Center. She was born in Wainaku, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Eric K. and Cyrus M., brother Yoshiaki Matsuoka and three grandchildren. Private services.
