78Livia Lei Alii Azevedo, 46, of Kaneohe died in Aloha Nursing & Rehab Centre, Kaneohe. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband John S.; parents Asiclo H. and Helen K. Belen; brothers Alonzo K. and Antonio K. Belen; sisters Lita Slate, Lisa and Lina Belen, and Leititia Louis; and grandmother Thelma Ulsh. Visitation: 8:45 a.m. Wednesday at St. Ann's Church, Kaneohe. Mass: 9:45 a.m. Inurnment: 11:30 a.m. at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacfic, Punchbowl.
