Minoru Miyamura, 89, of Honolulu, a retired carpenter and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Nuuanu Hale. He was born in Wailuku. He is survived by wife Jane S., son Neal T. Nakamura, daughters Rose K. Maekawa and Dorothy T. Matsui, numerous brothers and sisters, six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Friday at Soto Mission of Hawaii. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
