75Joseph Noel Reilly Jr., 61, of Wailuku, a highway construction crewman, died at home. He was born in Detroit. He is survived by mother Mary Ann, daughter Brookie G. Vega, brothers Phillip and Tim, sisters Kathy Kaapake and Mary Ann Reilly, and two grandchildren. Private services.
