Franklin Kipilii, 83, of Hilo, a retired state bailiff and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Yukio Okutsu Veterans home. He was born in Kurtistown, Hawaii. He is survived by sisters Elizabeth Ann Dunn and Lorna Kipilii. Private services.
