81Jerry Koichi Takahama, 69, of Hilo, a retired mechanic, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Pearl City. He is survived by sons Mark, Tad and Cy; daughter Brenda Matsui; sisters June Uehara, Frances Kawauchi, Eileen Tamaru and Michelle Griffin; and five grandchildren. Private services.
