Naotomo "Neka" Matoi, 94, of Honolulu, a retired federal government painter and an Army veteran who served in World War II with the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Napoopoo, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Hazel T. and sisters Kimiyo Kimura and Betty Watanabe. Private services.
