Stephen "Top" Topley, 87, of Honolulu, an Avenue Records band manager and a Navy UDT veteran who served in World War II, died in Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in Boston. He is survived by wife Kathryn Heller; sons David Topley, and George and Deno Gellepes; daughters Audrey Topley Harvey and Paula Chang; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Committal services: 1 p.m. Tuesday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. No flowers.
