70Albert Freitas Rocha, 73, of Waianae, a retired Kaiser Cement heavy machinery welder and mechanic, died in Waianae. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife June, son Michael, sisters Irene Elson and Shirley Rocha, stepbrothers Michael and Joseph DeMattos Jr., stepsisters Debby Vierra and Toni-Lynn Amaranto, and two grandchildren.
