Donald Ramil Tamarra, 83, of Maili, a state Department of Transportation airports manager at Honolulu Airport and an Army veteran who served in the 82nd Airborne Division during the Korean War, died in Maili. He was born in Waipahu. He is survived by sons Gordon W., Wade P.K. and Dane Rayce K.; daughters Rae H. and Dawn M. Tamarra, and Leigh N. Tamarra-Leong; sisters Helen Case, Anita Brady, Aileen Barrett and Pauline Cash; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Celebration of life: 10 a.m. Saturday at 89-425 Keaulana Ave., Nanakuli. Scattering of ashes to follow at Zablan Beach Park. Aloha attire. Flowers welcome.
