74Ella Tsutae Hara, 83, of Hilo, a retired state Department of Education special-education aide, died in Life Care Center of Hilo. She was born in Honomu, Hawaii. She is survived by husband Charles "Fuchu," son Jason, daughters Irene Nekoba and Susan Yugawa, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
