William Takesaburo Oshiro, 89, of Aiea, a Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard draftsman and an Army veteran who served in the 522nd Field Artillery Battalion, died in Honolulu. He was born in Waipahu. He is survived by brothers Kiyoshi and Fred, and a grandchild. Private services.
